So when Dan and I first moved up here to Arlington Heights and served in the Junior High ministry at our church, I met a sweet friend, Stacy. She invited me to a Bible study right at a time when I desperately needed some godly women in my life and we have kept in touch ever since. AND, it was so fun when she started dating Andrew, a UF grad, gator fan, Trinity graduate, and Campus Crusade for Christ "staffer" (needless to say we all had a lot in common!). The only really sad thing is that Andrew got a job with Driscoll's church, Mars Hill, in Seattle so she is moving out there with him :( However we can't wait to see how God uses their marriage! | haha we *attempted* to dance on the dance floor with Jake.. and realized when his head started bobbing that people may start to judge us or call child services so we decided to stand and watch. Maybe in a year or so we'll head out on the dance floor with him! |
