The Obligatory Pumpkin Patch Post

I wouldn't be a new parent or true Fall-lover if I didn't post about us taking Jake to a pumpkin patch.  We had been wanting to go for a while when our friends Rachael and Brian asked if we wanted to go with their daughter, Claire.  Needless to say we jumped on the opportuity!

We didn't know that it would take us 30 minutes of backed up traffic to even make it into the pumpkin patch. And, we were sad when we got there and realized it wasn't free (I guess we shouldn't have been surprised by that, right?) But if we wanted to do any of the activities we had to buy "tickets." We decided that since Jake and Claire probably won't remember feeding giraffes or riding camels (yes.. those were activities there) we didn't want to pay the money. So, we bought some apple cider, took some pictures, and headed out :) But, we had a good time!
