10 months (Cole William)

How in the world are we almost coming up on a YEAR for this little guy!?  It has just gone by too fast.  So cliche I know, but I seriously think it's even faster than with Jake, which makes sense.  With moving, renovating a home, working on adoption paperwork, and continuing with my photography business this has been quite the year for him and for our family.  And the fun continues with this guy. We definitely are hitting our sweet spot- we are finally sleeping through the night and going down easily.  He naps twice a day, is starting to play by himself, and doing so many other fun things!  We are so thankful for our little Cole William!

10 months
(21 pounds 6 ounces)

  • We are super into dropping things right now- coasters, food, toys. Somehow it is super entertaining hearing things hit the ground- and the louder the better lol
  • Eating- you are officially done with baby food and LOVE eating.  And that is when you are the most vocal, screaming super loudly if there is no food in front of you.  Still working on that sign language lol
  • Bananas.  You know what this word means and where the bananas are lol  They are by far your favorite food :)
  • You love peekaboo and me throwing the blanket on you and saying "where's Cole?!"
  • You are no longer scared of the vacuum but follow it around like a crazy person trying to touch it!  haha I don't know what's worse, hearing you scream out of fear or trying to vacuum around your little fingers!
  • You love baths and have absolutely no fear of water trying to put your head under the spout where the water comes out!
  • You by far look the cutest in button up shirts- but maybe I'm just biased.
  • You are ALL into opening and closing drawers and doors- even if your fingers get slammed in the drawer that doesn't stop you
  • You still love your lamb and sleep with it every night
  • And lastly you are definitely looking older than 10 months- everyone asks if you are over a year!  Must be your tall genes that you are getting :)
Yay for 10 months!  So excited to see how you grow this month!
