We seem to really like Ithaca...

It dawned on me that we've been to Ithaca three times since we've lived in New York for the past year.  For some reason when people come into town and we want to show them the area, we always arrive at taking them to Ithaca.  There are wineries, shopping, cute restaurants, beautiful trails- pretty much everything that is great about this area.  So, naturally when my friend Steph came to visit from the D.C. area, we took her to Ithaca :)

You may remember Steph from a couple months back when we traveled to visit her.  It was super cold, but we had a blast catching up with her and seeing some sights.  And this time, it was fun to show her what our life looks like here in New York :) We hung out on our porch, cooked out, I made way too many desserts because that's what I do when people come to visit, she came to our church, and we went to Ithaca.  It was such a great way to start our "travel season" and we can't wait to see her again!
