It doesn't feel right that I just posted a Fall post and now the first picture below are my kids at the pool. Such is life these days friends. I am pretty sure when photography season slows down, aka December I will have much more time to blog. Or so I think :) Anyway, until then I will slowly update you all with the photos I've been taking! August was so fun - and I feel like now that Jake is in preschool I can appreciate it even more. I was just talking to some friends this morning about how this is such a different season than any other season I've been in. Play dates really do feel like a thing of the past right now. Our days consist of dropping Jake off at school, then heading home for Cole to take his nap, picking Jake up, heading home to eat lunch, Cole goes down for his second nap, then we usually go on a walk before Dan comes home and we have dinner! What used to be a pretty relaxed schedule has quickly picked up. Jake is loving preschool and Awana and soccer and all the other fun Fall activities, but it definitely is a change from the low key, "what are we going to do today?" summer. We spent a lot of time at the pool, lounging in backyards and playing with water tables, swinging on our new swing set, and scoping out new photography locations (the last couple photos of Cole :) And I also forgot that I was able to snap a couple other pictures of one of Jake's games!
