Family in Town!

We were so excited when Dan's parents made a trip out to visit us a couple weeks ago!  We were able to show them around some of our favorite places in Binghamton (the Cider Mill being a big hit :) but we also spent a lot of down time hanging out which was so nice.  And in true Cinadr fashion, they helped us with some much needed house projects and errands like cleaning out our garage and taking multiple trips to Home Depot, and they brought us some wonderful new things that they aren't going to use anymore- like an outdoor fire place!  We definitely used that the day we set it up :)  Here are some pictures from the weekend!

Jake loved that Grandpa had an Indians hat on, too :)

He was actually getting the hang of it!

Jake just kept staring at the fire lol

Jake was staring longingly at the whipped cream after we told him no more lol I think he would have eaten the whole thing if we let him!

Our weekend in pictures :)

So this week is when my photography class starts {insert nervous and excited emojis here}.  So, I decided to do some prepping this weekend by documenting everything.  At least to Dan and Jake it definitely felt like it I'm sure :)  And these aren't even the pictures I took at the pumpkin patch, get excited for a lot more pictures on the blog, my friends.

This farmer goes with Jake E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E.  I'm serious.  Hence it taking bath, too :)

Dan and Jake throw pillows off their heads as they shout "yee haw."  Don't even ask me about it- Jake tells me I'm not even allowed to play- it's just a game for him and Dadda.

Mowing started off rough this weekend..
But Dad's hugs are always the best :)
These next series of pictures shows you just how much Jake does exactly what Dan does lol

The "after mowing" chat about what an awesome job Jake did and how he was such a big help :)

I'm seriously so glad I captured this on camera- Jake gives Dan the thumbs up at least ten times while they are mowing- and it only takes us about 20 minutes to mow our whole lawn :)

And of course there were after mowing popsicles

And then we got ice cream later... nothing like too much sugar in one Sunday right?

What two year old isn't a mess after eating ice cream?

Jake is obsessed with motorcycles so you can see how this was a pretty big moment when one came up right beside us lol

It was a little dark out but we headed to the park before bed :)
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
